A marvellous 25 year old Glen Grant, independently bottled for The Single Malts of Scotland range. It was distilled back in March 1992 and set aside to mature in a bourbon barrel until March 2017, when it was bottled at cask strength with a very small outturn of just 153 bottles.
Dried barley, drizzled with honey and chocolate sauce. A touch of oily hops and baklava.
Crumbly pastry, caraway, marmalade and millionaire shortbread.
Apple, pear and tangerine.
