An ace addition to Càrn Mòr's independent Strictly Limited series, it's a 13-year-old single malt from Glen Grant! Distilled in 2008, the whisky was treated to a finish in ex-rum casks before bottling, with a total of 1,233 bottles released in 2022.
Apples and pears, a dash of orange with cinnamon pastries, and dustings of cocoa.
Nutty barley brings biscuity character while stewed orchard fruits and toffee mingle. Zesty marmalade and burnt sugar creep beneath.
A sweet finish with notes of banana bread, oaken vanilla, and chocolate-coated coffee beans.
