Distilled by Glen Garioch in 2011, this single malt was matured in sherry casks for nine years, before being independently bottled as part of Càrn Mòr's Strictly Limited range. This release is limited to 1,636 bottles in total.

Nose
Freshly baked pastry, sweet custard with nutmeg, and oaky vanilla.
Palate
Flaky butter croissants, toasted almonds, and cinnamon spice. Gently herbaceous undertones, and sweet vanilla cream.
Finish
Crumbly fudge and sweet melon with subtle minerality and spice.
