Here we have Chapter 2 of The Renaissance, a four-part series from Glen Garioch! It showcases the change in the Highland distillery's house style after its reawakening in 1997, and this is the 16 Year Old release – matured in a combo of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, it's an absolute dessert of a whisky.

Tasting Note by The Producer
Layers of tangy orange zest, warm oak spices and honeycomb intermingle with toffee and cream. Lime and ginger honeycomb with vanilla ice cream and tangy orange marmalade lead to a spiced apple tart, roasted almond and nectarine finish.
