Released in 2010, Glen Garioch's new 12 year old is matured in both bourbon and sherry casks, and it has loads of character, as well as being bottled at the sensible strength of 48%...

“Tried this at a blind tasting one night and was immediately impressed by the smooth rich taste, the slow velvet slide as it went down, the "afterglow" is smile inducing and "Yes please, I will have another" is ikpossible to stop saying. Value for money is an understatement. Have had 6 bottles in the last 18 months and, NO, I dont share it with friends, its mine for me to sit and be personally sated with.”

I love this dram. Complex and spicy, loads going on but very drinkable and moreish. A drop of water opens up the flavours and I will definitely be buying again.
Full of flavour & beautifully smooth dram.
Light smooth with tastes of honey with a dark back end that jumps into your mouth . Spicy at the back and creamy
Excellent dram for the money. Highly recommend.
One of my favourite Speysiders, not the cheapest, but bottled at a slightly higher abv, the character is well worth the little extra.
