This single malt from Glen Garioch spent 12 years maturing between 2011 and 2024, including a six-month finish in a first-fill oloroso sherry quarter cask. The cask was opened by James Eadie, independently releasing a total of 175 cask-strength bottles.
Fresh apples and spiced, candied orange wheels are backed by sultanas and earthy roasted nuts.
Crisp, sweet orchard fruits lead the way with red apples and plums, joined by chocolate raisins and a touch of zesty citrus.
Gingersnaps, lemon shortbread, and creamy, chocolatey malt.
