Indie Glen Garioch here, matured in a single bourbon cask for 11 years, from October 2008 to January 2020. Following its slumber, Hannah Whisky Merchant bottled the whisky up for its Lady of the Glen range, with 320 cask strength bottles produced.
Waxy peels and lemon meringue pie, with a hint of butter scone.
Drying and subtly spicy with cinnamon, followed by creamy vanilla and honeydew melon.
Crisp mineral hints last on the finish.
