Description
A 2012 vintage Highland single malt from Glen Garioch Distillery, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled at a robust 57.2% ABV. Glen Garioch’s naturally weighty, slightly nutty profile pairs well with first-fill American oak, pulling out layers of honey, spice and toasted nuts. Matured at Ardgowan, with a total outturn of 237 bottles.

Nose
Marzipan, brown sugar, honeycomb and a touch of orange peel.
Palate
Full-bodied with mixed nuts, vanilla fudge, raisins and a hint of cinnamon.
Finish
Long and nutty, with hazelnut praline, soft spice and lingering sweetness.
