At the end of 2025, the team at That Boutique-y Whisky Company delved through the treasures in their warehouse and chose a handful of the best single casks to bottle for a limited edition series. This glorious single malt from Glen Elgin made the cut!
This single malt matured for a total of nine years, finishing with a stay in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, bringing dark, sweet spice and sticky toffee to the honeyed malt and elegant florals at its core. A release of 420 bottles.

That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends, all adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels. The brand won Spirits Bottler of the Year at the 2023 Spirits Business Awards, and Blender of the Year went to Sam Simmons, captain of the Boutique-y clan who oversees every one of these releases.

Nose
Honeyed porridge, candied orange wheels, fresh apples, and a touch of polished oak, rounded by notes of rice pudding and sticky toffee.
Palate
Juicy fruit opens the way, with silky layers of floral honey and choux pastry filled with vanilla cream. A hint of sweet chamomile tea joins, alongside granola cookies and plump raisins.
Finish
Creamy, with gentle sweetness, vanilla fudge, fragrant dried petals, goji berries, and hibiscus.
