Bottled for Signatory's does-what-it-says-on-the-tin Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this is a 19 year old Glen Elgin matured in a single hogshead from October 1995 to April 2015.
Orange blossom, biscuity malt and apple flesh.
Mixed peels, shortbread and touches of honey.
Light frangipane notes.
