A compact but characterful Speyside single cask, matured in a first-fill ruby Port barrel and bottled at a cask strength of 51.8% ABV. With just 59 bottles released, this Glen Elgin shows a darker, more savoury side than usual.
Raisins, black pepper, green tea and polished oak.
Malt sweetness, cinnamon, nutmeg and dark chocolate, layered with dried fruit and grape skins.
Spice, oak and Port-driven fruit richness.
