Glasshouse
Blended

The bartenders behind the Langstane Liquor Company have forayed into the world of whisky! Glasshouse Whisky is specifically designed to be used in Whisky Highballs, and as bartenders, we trust their judgement. The blended Scotch whisky is comprised of malted barley distilled in column stills and malted barley distilled in pot stills, both made at Loch Lomond and both aged in American oak. The name Glasshouse was inspired by the Victorian glasshouses which grew exotic fruits in Scotland back in the 1800s, which serves as a subtle nod to the flavour profile.
Tangy, crisp apple, with Sugar Puffs and a hint of banana.
Ripe pineapple and more even riper banana, alongside plain digestive biscuits.
Honeycomb and a touch of milk chocolate.

Has a lot more depth of flavour than other similarly priced blends, and with it being 46% and non-chill filtered it really comes through even after topping up a highball with soda. Definitely a blended whisky for mixing in higballs.
