A grand old single grain Scotch from Girvan, independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper's Choice collection. Distilled in September 1993, the whisky was filled into a single bourbon cask, where it remained for the next 28 years until finally, the cask was opened in 2022, yielding an outturn of 300 bottles.
Milky tea, flaked coconut, creamy hazelnut, and fresh vanilla pod.
The creaminess continues on the palate with heaps of vanilla cream softening the gentle warmth of cinnamon and caraway.
Grilled fruit, Rich Tea biscuits, with buttery oak and just a pinch of pepper.
