Superb well-aged single grain Scotch whisky, distilled back in 1996 and rested for 26 years, part of which was spent in a first-fill oloroso sherry cask. It was bottled by The Red Cask Co. in 2022 at 51.3% ABV, with an outturn of 247 bottles.
Cooked berries, quince, buttery oak, and pepper spice.
Melted white chocolate, raspberry coulis, old oak, and butter.
Herbal spices balance buttery caramel and sweet citrus.
