A Clan Denny bottling of single cask single grain Scotch whisky from the Girvan distillery. It was distilled in 1993 and left to mature for 20 long years before it was bottled by the chaps at Douglas Laing.
Taste is sweet, bit of a burn. Add a drop of water and enjoy.
Reminiscent of the first time I tasted grain alcohol, but much nicer. Let the fumes dicipate, add a few drops of water, and sip the vanilla toffee custard, rum raisin, hint of coconut delight.
