
Forest Whisky is up to its tenth batch! This expression is made with whiskies aged for at least eight years, and finished in a 50 year old Oloroso sherry cask, imparting plenty of warming dried fruit notes. As ever, it's presented in a marvellous ceramic bottle, and featuring a weasel as part of the design. Weasels are great. Everyone knows this.
Melted butter, caramel popcorn, sultanas, dried apricots.
Malty on the palate with lots of vanilla and honey, supported by flashes of stem ginger and dates.
