It's the nineteen batch of Forest Whisky, a blended malt from the team at the Forest Distillery in the Peak District National Park. Made completely with malt whiskies, it has been finished in heavily-charred American oak casks, bringing an extra helping of tastiness to the table. Plus, there's a gold weasel on the ceramic bottle, and that's wonderful.
