Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve (Batch 3)
The third of Filey Bay's annual autumn Sherry Cask Reserve. The Yorkshire-based distillery blended pot distilled and column distilled whiskies that were matured in fino sherry casks. This English single malt whisky is a release of only 2,000 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Runny honey, poached apples and pears, sweet cinnamon.
Palate
Fruit cake, barley sugar, Crunchie bars, and warm oaky spice.
Finish
Peppery spice and a touch of vanilla.
