A marvellous indie bottling of Fettercairn single malt Scotch from the folks at Wemyss Malts. Distilled in 2007 and matured in a single hogshead for 15 years, which yielded a total of 157 bottles when it was opened. As the name suggests, it's brimming with notes of sweet sherbet and citrus tang.
Zesty notes of orange peels and tangy raspberry coulis, followed by vanilla fudge and citrus blossom.
Sweet marmalade, peaches, and vanilla cream, with floral malt and buttered tea loaf.
There's a touch of raspberry sherbet and boiled sweeties alongside lingering flapjack, vanilla, and drying oak.
