Matured in a single hogshead, the whisky has now reached the traditional age that we should present it with its own house key, but instead, we're sending 134 bottles off into the big wide world.

Cooked apples and plums are backed by tangy dried raspberries, with crumbly ginger biscuits following in time.
A trickle of caramel and vanilla support zesty layers of fruit, with candied citrus and hints of gooseberry fool.
That vanilla lingers, joined by the raspberry from the nose, with earthy coffee nestling in the depths.
