It's aged in 100% locally sourced Scottish oak barrels from The Whyte & Mackay Scottish Oak Programme, an impressive undertaking that gives the Highland distillery a unique supply of local oak to mature whisky in. Nose
Aromas of sugared almonds, baking spices, and a tropical sweetness of passionfruit and guava
Palate
Exotic syruped fruits, patisserie sugars, brioche, and spices with soft hints of berry fruit.
Finish
Soft spice, cacao, and natural vanilla.
