FAIR. presents: Oaxaca, an intriguing Mexican whiskey made with a helping of French flair. Its raw material is ancestral blue corn, sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico, hence the name, which is then double distilled in copper alembic stills. The whiskey is aged for four years in single-fill bourbon casks in Mexico and then treated to a finish for six months to a year in virgin Limousin oak casks in Cognac.
Also neat, FAIR. Oaxaca sounds a little like Frère Jacques. Here's the brand's signature cocktail: the Mexican Old Fashioned.
