The team at Danish indie bottler Fadandel picked out a cracking cask of single malt here. Hailing from an undisclosed Orkney distillery, this single malt was matured for 15 years between September 2002 and January 2019 in a single cask, which eventually yielded an outturn of 170 bottles.
