Emerald Isle
Emerald Isle is an Irish single malt whiskey, produced at an undisclosed distillery. We shan't be making any guesses here, but feel free to let your nose and your palate do some detective work. Deerstalker hats at the ready. What we do know is that it's an enjoyably creamy expression, with a core of orchard fruit notes to sink your teeth into.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Floral honey, with a touch of marmalade mixed in. Scones, forest floor and black pepper.
Palate
Vanilla still sits at the core, with hints of fresh barley and sponge cake popping up along the way.
Finish
Quite short, with apple and orange lasting.
