Nose Very sweet, biscuity nose, led by notes of steamed pudding in syrup, chamomile and barley. Hints of synthetic vanilla and spice.
Palate Toffee apples, sticky toffee pudding and vanilla essence. Quite oily and robust, and certainly a dessert whisky if there ever was one.
Finish Ends on cold tea, cola bottle sweets. Green and leafy, some porridge oats and more of that vanilla on the tail.
