Named for the now silent Ballechin distillery, of which little is known, Ballechin is also the recently-released peated range from Edradour, this bottling has been finished in Burgundy casks.
This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Smoke. Hay, berries. Fruitcake. Hint of bitumen, nutty, oily, peat. Herbal.
Rich, pungent, smoke, thick slab of peat, soft and juicy fruits. Good oak. Latte.
