Some rather old Edradour here, distilled in 1995 and treated to a finishing period in Oloroso casks. It was bottled at cask strength in 2017, producing 2,027 bottles. Intense Sherry delicious ahoy.
Thick waves of Christmas cake and milk chocolate, with a touch of menthol at the core.
Nuttiness begins to develop on the palate, but it's somewhat overshadowed by juicy dark fruits and baking spices.
Rich notes of chocolate mousse and rum-soaked raisin.
