Very rich and fruity with notes of top-quality balsamic vinegar, gooseberries, cranberries, redcurrant jelly and vanilla cream.
Tangy. Notes of pineapple, guava, strawberry jam and grapefruit juice. A hint of sweet, white wine and honey.
A long, spicy finish trailing off on notes of red berries and black pepper.

After some time this superb one was possible to order. I orderd 4 bottels. 1 is now opend , this is now one of my top 2. I hope that there will be a new botteling soon... TJ
