Distilled at Edradour in 2012, this single malt spent the next 13 years maturing in a first-fill Pinot Noir butt from the revered Italian winery Michael Eppan. The rich red wine influence brings plenty of dense red fruit and spice to the rich, robust malt at its core.
Dark cherries, cocoa, wild strawberries, and oaken spice.
