A 13 year old Edradour, bottled at natural cask strength and presented in a handsome Ibisco decanter. This one was distilled in December 2004 and bottled in May 2018 ay 55.4% ABV. Ace stuff from this northerly distillery.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Roasted coffee beans, waxy peels, a hint of new leather.
Palate
Enjoyably oak-y and spicy, with underlying fudge notes stopping the heat from becoming overwhelming.
Finish
Lingering peppercorn and cedar.
