Edradour 12 Year Old 2012 – Michael Eppan Merlot, as you might have guessed, was aged in first-fill Merlot casks from the acclaimed Michael Eppan winery. Bottled in January 2025 as part of a highly limited 719-bottle release, this expression highlights Edradour’s dedication to small-batch, innovative cask finishing. Non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, it delivers a sumptuous balance of rich malt character and deep, red wine fruitiness.

Nose
Dark cherries, stewed plums, and hints of cinnamon.
Palate
Juicy red berries, chocolate-dipped raisins, and warming oak spice.
