Single Malt
Scotland
Sherry

A batch of 10-year-old single malt from Edradour bottled at a satisfying 46% ABV. Edradour is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries and this rather unique single malt sits at the heart of its range , a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. The distillery’s methods of production remain virtually unchanged in the last 150 years, and we can see why. If it ain’t broke and all that. This single whisky's decade of ageing was spent in a combination of oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.
Medium, great complexity. Thoroughly fruity, sherry, sweetness, alluring vanilla.
Cloying, seductive murkiness. Rum, barley, toasted almonds.
Spiced fruitcake with crème anglaise.
