A 10 year old single malt from the Edradour distillery ("Scotland's Little Gem", as the label describes it), aged in a single Sherry butt from November 2006 to May 2017. Following that, it was bottled as part of the Straight From The Cask range with an outturn of 971 bottles - each with their own little wooden crate!
Chocolate muffins, dried fruit and a punchy kick of clove.
Juicy red berry sweetness arrives on the palate, bringing with it more chocolate and a hint of coffee bean.
A lick of smoke and yet more rounded Sherry notes.
