A release of 971 bottles from Edradour's Straight from the Cask range, it was aged for a period of 10 years in sherry butt 462. As ever, this 50cl bottle comes in a handsome wooden case.
Distilled on 13th December 2002 and bottled on 18th February 2013.
Nose: Lovely notes of sherry and spice, dark jams, strawberries, nutmeg, apple and raspberry crumble.
Palate: Mouth filling, slightly waxy and malty. Corinth raisins, mince pies with Bramley apple in them.
Finish: Fairly long with spices and oak.
