Wine Cask
A peaty treat in the form of an 11 year old Ballechin single malt from Edradour! This expression was matured in a Bordeaux cask from 11th May 2007 before being bottled on 19th September 2018 for the Straight from the Cask series. A very limited release of just 379 bottles at a lovely 59.3% ABV.
Salted nuts, chocolate digestives, strawberries and dried apricot with a drizzle of honey.
Roasty-toasty peat smoke and sweet jammy berries, notes of cut hay in support.
Barbecue smoke and cinnamon spice.
