A cask strength 30 year old release from the Eastern Highland distillery, Edradour. A thick, chewy malt distilled in 1973, there are some lovely fruit notes and a solid rum character. Indulgent.
Good body. Textured. Sublime balance. Damson jam, plummy, herbal. Rather lovely vegetal note.
