Edradour
Scotland
Single Malt
Edradour is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries and at the heart of the range, this 10 year old Eastern Highlander is a rather unique single malt, a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. The distillery’s methods of production remain virtually unchanged in the last 150 years, and we can see why. If it ain’t broke and all that. This single malt’s decade of ageing was spent in a combination of oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.
Medium, great complexity. Thoroughly fruity, sherry, sweetness, alluring vanilla.
Cloying, seductive murkiness. Rum, barley, toasted almonds.
Spiced fruitcake with crème anglaise.

I have visited this distillery and was mightily impressed. Have been a fan of this little gem ever since. Bought the latest bottle for my sister. It was delivered politely and efficiently. Thank you x
By the colour alone you know this is something special and when sampled you will not be disappointed it's a wonderful dram. Definitely my top favourite and one I will always have a bottle of in my collection
Absolutely wonderful. Aroma: sugared, almonds, pencil sharpenings, caramel, tree bark, Seville marmalade, dried fruits. Palate Neat: Sweet Seville, marmalade, sugared almonds, and figs. The only thing that should be added to this Whisky is more Edradour Whisky…
Top class old-fashioned style whisky from a distillery who know what they are doing. Very tasty complex & interesting expression. Well deserved 9/10!
Currently working my way through my first bottle. Its different but in a good way. This is going to be a favourite of mine for sure. If you enjoy sherried whiskies this is excellent.
