Dunphys is a blended Irish whiskey from Midleton - this'll be good for mixed drinks and cocktails we reckon. This was originally produced for the American market, though bottles can now be found all over Europe.
Creamy vanilla and chocolate digestive biscuits, with a clean, vegetal edge to it.
Continued creaminess, before developing spicier hints along the way.
The warming, Christmas-y spices stick around on the finish.
