We can't tell you which distillery this came from but we can drop some serious hints. It's a family-owned distillery in Speyside that's famous for its love of sherry casks. Any guesses? Anyway, this comes from a single sherry octave cask which was filled in 2010. The smaller cask means extra wood contact. It was bottled in 2023 with no chill-filtering or colour added. This is a very special single malt for those who love a sherried whisky.
Fruitcake, molasses, nut and orange peel.
Raisins, dried apricot, walnuts and toffee.
Very long with nuts, baking spices and vanilla.
Sherry city.
