A remarkable release from the Singleton of Dufftown. This single malt combines whiskies matured for an impressive 25 years in a combination of sherry oak and ex-bourbon casks, expertly hand-picked from the Dufftown's older stock by its Master of Malts, Maureen Robinson, and her team. The whiskies are then harmonised in toasted American oak casks, in what the team dub the 'Trinity Cask Harmony' process.
