14-year-old single malt from Dufftown, distilled in 2008 and matured for 14 years, including a finish in a first fill oloroso hogshead. The whisky was independently bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh in 2022, releasing a total of 223 cask-strength bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.
Rich caramel, cinnamon, and clove join dense sherried fruit cake and chocolate-coated nuts.
Layers of honeyed fruit, chocolate raisins, and walnut loaf, with dried berries and toasted marzipan in tow.
Ground almonds, more sherried fruit, cinnamon, and cocoa linger.
