Replacing Dewar's Signature in the brand's range, Dewar's 25 Year Old Signature is made exclusively with malt and grain whiskies matured for at least 25 years, including a finishing period in casks from Royal Brackla.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Honey, dried peels, toasted oak and stewed plum. A soft hint of strawberry jam and old oak furniture too.
Palate
Hobnob biscuits, more red berry sweetness, sandalwood, toffee and treacle.
Finish
A slow build of Christmas spices on the finish, paired with orchard fruit and mint leaf.
