A mystery mash-up of grain distillates from 1972, left alone for 52 years in a refill barrel to develop a personality somewhere between Willy Wonka and a forklift operator. This is full-throttle, ancient grain whisky with the charm of a tropical daydream gone slightly feral.
Engine oil and coconut macaroons, mango syrup, eucalyptus, and the inside of a classic car with a fruit salad in the glove box.
Oily and luscious, with pineapple cubes, cough drops, old leather, pink wafers, and hints of rose Turkish delight.
Minty, slightly saline, with lingering toasted coconut and aged vanilla pods.
