Islay Sponge Part 1 is the first in a mini-series from indie bottler Decadent Drinks. From an unnamed Islay distillery, this single malt was distilled 1990 and matured for 31 years before it was bottled in 2022. Only 253 bottles were produced, at an ABV of 50.6%, bursting with classic coastal peat notes.
