This expression was given a finish in a specially-coopered Palo Cortado sherry octave cask (much smaller than your regular ol' hogshead), helping to develop its flavour profile and impart some intriguingly delicious elements.

Tangy citrus, with a hint of salted caramel and buttered crumpets.

Sultana, candied ginger, a hint of earthy oak, espresso, another zesty splash of orange.
