A 2002 vintage single malt from the Deanston Distillery, which was allowed to finish for two years in casks that previously held organic Oloroso sherry! After 16 years of slumber, it was bottled at 50.6% ABV.
Thick waves of honey and toffee, plus earthy malt and a helping of rum cake.
Orange peel, dried fruit, stem ginger, chocolate, honey and barley.
Custard creams and hot chocolate with a hint of red chilli.
