Distilled at Deanston, this single cask single malt Scotch whisky was bottled up by the team at GreatDrams, who were impressed by the green practices of the distillery, such as generating its own power from a turbine house! Matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel for 11 years between September 2009 and October 2021 when the whisky was bottled up for the GreatDrams Single Cask Series. A total of 200 bottles was released.
Cinnamon buns, vanilla fudge, juicy raisins, roasted walnuts.
Mocha notes creep in with some poached peach, earthy oak, and buttery barley to balance zesty lemon.
Soft and buttery, gently floral with hints of honey and creamy oak.
