A limited edition single cask single malt distilled at Dalmunach. This Speysider initially matured in an American oak cask, before being finished in a ruby Port pipe. It was bottled in 2022 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for The Cooper's Choice Winter Fruits Series, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, only 360 bottles were produced.
Red fruit notes, cranberry sauce, with warm spices, and a touch of Maltesers.
Blackberry jam, cherries, cocoa nibs, with oaky spice, and a drizzle of caramel.
Ginger and cinnamon, with some sticky dates.
