The Dalmore’s Vintage Collection expands with editions bottled in 2023. The Dalmore Vintage 2008 was matured initially in American white oak bourbon casks and then Matusalem sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, before being bottled in 2023 at 45.8% ABV with no added colour or chill-filtration. This vintage shines with notes of milk chocolate and mandarin.
Milk chocolate, caramel, mandarin, and cracked black pepper.
Manuka honey, sweet cacao, poached apples, and golden sultanas.
Vanilla cream, chocolate brioche, Navelina orange, and light cinnamon warmth.
