Another fine expression from The Dalmore Vintage Collection. This one was matured in American white oak bourbon casks and finished in Matusalem sherry and vintage 2005 sherry casks. It was then bottled with an ABV of 49.3%, natural colour, and non-chill filtered. The Vintage 2005 18 Year Old presents flavours of dark chocolate and Seville orange.
Dark chocolate, salted caramel, antique leather, and rich orange citrus.
Rich cacao, blood orange, dark fruits, marzipan, and moist ginger cake.
Madagascan vanilla, Seville orange, rich nuttiness, and long dry chocolate complexities.
